Kastopolis Inc.
Kastopolis is a full-service, unscripted television casting company founded by Casting Director Rita Koutsoulis. Kastopolis has cast all types of series including; high-volume game shows, life-changing inspirational shows, and international dating shows. There is no project too big or challenging for the Kastopolis team to tackle. From running large in-person casting calls to casting remotely, this team of professionals have the knowledge and skills to deliver a best cast for any type of project.
THE FOUNDER
With over 20 years of unscripted casting experience under her belt, Rita Koutsoulis worked her way up the ranks before officially starting her own company, Kastopolis Inc., in 2019. She is a first generation Greek American, and the name of the company was inspired by her Greek roots. She grew up in Stockton, CA and started working in casting in Southern California after graduating college in 2002. Throughout her career, Rita has help cast countless reality and game shows shows including... Small Town Setup, Deal or No Deal, Are You The One?, Flip Side, among many. Rita takes pride in hiring staff that have strong work ethic, a great eye for talent and positive attitudes like herself. Her greatest accomplishment is becoming a mom in 2020 to the apple of her eye, her son Constantine.
